At Anumitra, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in unused, original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at anumitrausa@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for shipping the item back.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
